Quark's 2025 Roadmap

Quark's 2025 Roadmap

New year, new features! We're really excited to share what's in store for Quark in 2025, and what we've done over the past year.

2024 Recap

2024 has been an incredible year for Quark. Numbers don't lie, so here are some cool stats. Since the start of the year:

  • +20,000 new servers
  • +1.5 million files logged per week
  • +7 million messages logged per day
  • +15 million users

🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯

Thank you to all our users for using Quark and all your feedback. Quark wouldn't be where it is today without you.

We've also released some awesome new stuff, including:

  • Released Quark Pro Lite to make premium features more accessible

  • Completely revamped the dashboard, making it prettier and easier to use

  • Increased the message retention period to 30 days for Quark Pro

  • Reintroduced languages, and released languages.quark.bot to allow users to contribute translations

  • Added per-event logging settings, allowing events to be logged to specific channels or not at all

  • Added tons of new log types. We now support over 80 different log types!

  • Integrations with other bots, such as PluralKit, Wick, and YAGPDB

  • Reintroduced Quark PTB, allowing users to test new features before they're released

  • Added unique icons for each log type

  • Released the Quark API, allowing developers to build on top of Quark

  • Released docs.quark.bot, a comprehensive documentation site for Quark

  • Started using Stripe for a simplified and more reliable payment process

2025 Roadmap

2025 is going to be even bigger and better. Here's what we have planned:

  • Analytics: We're working on a new analytics feature that will allow you to see detailed statistics about your server, such as message volume, user activity, and more. Although we planned to release this in 2024, we decided to push it back to ensure it meets our high standards.

  • Custom log types: We're planning to allow users to create custom log types, so you can log anything you want, in whatever way you want. Users will be able to share their custom log types with others, and we'll have a marketplace where you can download custom log types created by other users.

  • More integrations: We're working on integrating with more bots and services, so you can log even more stuff. We're also planning to hugely improve our API to make it easier for developers to build on top of Quark.

  • Quark Pro Ultra: We're planning to release a new premium tier, Quark Pro Ultra, which will include everything in Quark Pro but as a custom hosted instance.

  • Improved moderation tools: We're working on improving our moderation tools to make it easier to moderate your server. We'll be adding features which integrate with Quark's logging system to make it easier to track and manage moderation actions.

  • Ease of use improvements: We're always looking for ways to make Quark easier to use. We'll be making some changes to the dashboard to improve the user experience and make it easier to find the features you need, and simplify stuff which makes Quark inaccessible to some users.

  • Reliability, stability and performance improvements: We're constantly working on improving the reliability, stability, and performance of Quark. We'll be making some changes to our infrastructure to ensure that Quark is always up and running, and that it can handle the increasing number of users and servers.

  • Improved support experience: We're working on improving our support experience, so you can get help when you need it. We'll be implementing more automation, improving our documentation, and making it easier to get in touch with us.

We're really excited about what's in store for Quark in 2025! Thank you for all your support, and here's to another great year! 🎉🎉🎉
